The Provincial Development Organism (PDO-ANN) is the development arm of the Salesians of Don Bosco Africa Nigeria–Niger Province, dedicated to creating opportunities and improving the lives of young people across Nigeria and Niger. Since its establishment in 2015, the PDO has served as a bridge between the Salesian missions, civil society, and donor organizations, promoting projects that empower youth through education, vocational training, and social inclusion.

Through partnerships and innovative programs, the PDO-ANN continues to bring the Salesian vision of hope and transformation to life, supporting communities and shaping a brighter future for children and young people in need.
