Ibadan, March 2025 – The Don Bosco Institute, Ibadan, successfully concluded a week-long social communication seminar for its Year 3 students, held from February 24th to February 28th, 2025. The seminar aimed to equip students with essential communication skills while emphasizing the Church’s perspective on effective communication.
Throughout the program, participants delved into the fundamentals of communication, learned about media skills and equipment, and explored basic design techniques. These sessions provided valuable insights and hands-on experience, enabling students to grow in their understanding and application of communication in a modern context.
As a highlight of the seminar, students creatively depicted the 2025 Salesian Strenna, with the top three works belonging to Obayi Edward, Ngambia Michel, and Nzubechukwu Elvis. Their remarkable contributions were beautiful, colourful, and quite informative. Attached below are their designs.
